Dr. Sunil Jajit

Dr. Sunil Jajit possesses extensive experience in human resources and talent management across various prestigious organizations. Currently serving as the Head of Learning & Development and Manufacturing Capability for the Watch Division at Titan Company Limited, Dr. Jajit previously held significant roles at Larsen & Toubro ECC B&F Bangalore as JGM for HR focusing on talent management and development, and at Triveni Turbine Limited as General Manager for HR-IR. Additional leadership experience includes serving as GM for HR and Administration at Raymond Ltd. and as DGM for Corporate HR and Learning & Development at KEC International Ltd. Dr. Jajit holds executive education degrees from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad and the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, specializing in SHRM and Operational Excellence.
