Thomas Scales has extensive experience in the housing industry, currently serving as the Operations Manager at Titan Factory Direct Homes since February 2013. In this role, responsibilities include closing and funding loans, managing construction projects, and handling service and customer satisfaction initiatives. Prior to this position, Thomas Scales worked at Palm Harbor Homes from September 2003 to February 2013 as the General Manager, where skills in management and operations were further honed.
