Basil Sabbah

Basil Sabbah has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning multiple industries. Basil is currently the Chief Executive Officer at MetalsNet.com since 2021. Previous to this role, Basil co-founded and was the Co-CEO of TITAN FITTINGS, a premier manufacturer and distributor of stainless steel fittings, from 2015 to the present. Basil also co-founded and served as the Co-CEO of Hydraulics Direct, a hydraulic components distributor, from 2012 to 2015.

Before their roles in the manufacturing and distribution industry, Basil was the CEO of Sabbro LLC, a company they founded in 2003 until 2011. Basil also served as a founding board member of Venture Prep from 2008 to 2010 and as the Chairman of the Board at Solera National Bank from 2007 to 2010.

Basil has prior experience in the technology and energy sectors as well. Basil worked at NetApp as the Oil & Gas Sector Manager for the Americas from 2000 to 2003. Prior to that, they were the Latin America Software Sales Manager at Halliburton from 1995 to 1999 and a Senior Engineer at Schlumberger from 1990 to 1995.

Basil Sabbah obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Physics from UC Santa Barbara, completing their studies from 1986 to 1990. Subsequently, they pursued a second Bachelor's Degree in Anthropology at the same institution, which they completed from 1990 to 1995.
