Prior to that, they attended the University of Pittsburgh from 1994 to 1996, where they transferred from the Psychology program. Angela also completed their high school education at William Penn Sr. High School from 1990 to 1994. In addition to their academic qualifications, Angela has obtained various certifications and memberships, including Crowd Management Training from the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF STATE FIRE MARSHALS, a TEAM Certified Trainer from TEAM Coalition, ASIS Membership from ASIS International, a Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) from the Events Industry Council, and a Certified Sport Venue Staff Certification from the National Center for Spectator Sports Safety and Security. Angela also holds licenses as a Florida Security Agency and Georgia Security Agency, and they are a licensed Travel Professional. Angela's business is recognized as a Woman Owned Business Enterprise (WBE) and a Woman Owned Small Business (WOSB) by the National Women Business Owners Corporation.
