Jon Mathews

Jon Mathews brings extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Sr. Vice President of Human Resources at Titan International, Inc. since June 2024. Prior to this role, Jon held the position of Executive Vice President of Human Resources at The Carlstar Group from October 2016 to June 2024. Jon's earlier career includes significant roles at BASF as Human Resources Director and Human Resources Business Partner from May 2007 to October 2016, and at Engelhard Corporation as Human Resources Business Partner and Human Resources Manager from April 1999 to May 2007. Jon earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from Cleveland State University, attended Elyria West High School, and graduated from Gustavus Elementary School.
