Lamor Hickman

Lamor Hickman, CPIM, is a Continuous Improvement Engineer at Titan International, Inc. since September 2022, where responsibilities include managing and leading continuous improvement projects and driving the standardization of processes. Prior to this role, Lamor served as a Production Scheduler and Material Management professional at the same company, focusing on planning operations and materials across three departments while communicating with customers to meet demands. Previous experience includes working as a Quality Assurance Technician at Titan Steel Wheels and as the owner and developer of the Emergency911 app. Lamor also completed a Continuous Improvement Internship at Knapheide in 2018. Lamor holds an Associate of Science in Mechanical Engineering from John Wood Community College and further education from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville.
