William McArdle is a co-founder of Titan Investors, where William has been instrumental since September 2020. Prior to this role, McArdle was involved as a real estate investor at 103 Broad Street LLC from July 2020 to September 2021. Their career in financial services includes serving as the head of institutional real estate sales from August 2015 to July 2020 and experience at Stifel Financial Corp. in the wealth management and private client group from January 2014 to July 2015, as well as a brief stint in a similar role at Merrill Lynch in mid-2013. McArdle graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Business/Commerce from SUNY New Paltz in 2015 after attending Chaminade High School.
