Titus Rusu

Titus Rusu is an experienced professional with a strong background in service delivery and program management. Currently at Titan.ium Platform, LLC since 2020, Titus oversees the quality and profitability of professional services engagements. Prior to this, Titus served as a Service Delivery Management and Operations Consultant at TRUSU Consulting Inc., managing projects and ensuring client satisfaction from 2018 to 2020. At Huawei Technologies from 2016 to 2018, Titus supported program delivery operations with a focus on customer satisfaction and risk mitigation. A significant tenure at Ericsson from 2000 to 2016 involved enhancing customer experience and optimizing service delivery processes for the Canadian market. Early career experience includes a role as Base Station Systems Manager at Orange from 1997 to 1999. Titus holds degrees in Electronics and Telecommunication from the Technical University of Cluj Napoca and in Information Theory and Computer Science from the Information and Computer College of Cluj-Napoca, Romania.
