Sarah Kenz is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition with extensive experience at Titan Machinery since January 2016, currently serving as Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition. Sarah leads the development and execution of innovative strategies to attract and recruit top talent across North America while overseeing a dedicated team of Talent Acquisition professionals. Prior positions include Talent Acquisition Manager and Senior Talent Acquisition Strategist, where Sarah focused on enhancing talent pipelines and implementing inclusive sourcing practices. Sarah's earlier career includes roles in academic advising and student admissions at Minnesota State Community and Technical College and Minnesota State University Moorhead, respectively. Sarah holds a Master's degree in Counseling and Student Affairs from Minnesota State University Moorhead and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology/Sociology from Concordia College.
