Angie Smith

Angie Smith is currently the HR & Benefits Coordinator at Titan Medical Group. Angie has over 9 years of experience in Human Resources, including stints at Fiserv and First Data Corporation.

At Fiserv, Angie was responsible for customer support for the payroll department, as well as payroll administration support. Angie also monitored, processed, and audited leave payrolls for US and Canada employees. In addition, they were responsible for new hire/rehire data entry, and contacting future employees and recruiters for missing documentation.

At First Data Corporation, they were responsible for customer support for the payroll department, as well as payroll administration support. Angie also monitored, processed, and audited leave payrolls for US and Canada employees. In addition, they were responsible for new hire/rehire data entry, and contacting future employees and recruiters for missing documentation. Angie also created process efficiencies for our new hire process to reduce time.

Angie has a wealth of experience in customer service and benefits administration. Angie is well-versed in HIPPA guidelines and has created documents as necessary. Angie has also worked with vendors to resolve customer inquiries. In addition, they have given presentations on New Employee Orientation, and has performed audits to assure accuracy within the department.

Angie Smith reports to Carrie Miller, CFO. Angie Smith works with Lori Rodgers - Payroll Supervisor, Melissa Hauptman - Controller, and Ann Soulliere - Payroll Processor.
