Benoit Balagny

Benoit Balagny possesses extensive experience in advertising, partnerships, and business development within the media and technology sectors. Currently serving in Advertising & Partnerships at Titan OS since January 2024, Benoit previously held the position of Partnership and Sales Director for Europe at Rakuten TV from March 2014 to January 2024, where notable achievements included generating over €30M in revenues through AVOD. Prior roles encompass Biz Dev/Partnership Director at Myskreen, leading partnerships with major content providers and TV manufacturers, and Chief of Staff for the Ville de Paris, co-authoring a significant report on media in the digital age. As Founder and CEO of Splarte, Benoit established a pioneering catch-up TV and VOD online guide, while earlier in their career as an Account Manager at EURO RSCG C&O, Benoit managed corporate communication projects for prestigious clients. Benoit holds a Master's degree in Strategy and Media from Université Paris-Sorbonne, a Master's in Communication & Media from Sciences Po, and a Bachelor's degree in Law from Paris-Pantheon-Assas University.
