Dorota Kalkowska

Dorota Kalkowska is a seasoned service delivery manager currently leading efforts at Titan OS since January 2024. Previously, Dorota spent nearly nine years at Fujitsu, where responsibilities included managing printing services, onboarding new services, and ensuring customer relationships met service level agreements and key performance indicators. Dorota's experience also encompasses major incident management and process management. Prior roles include positions at Łódzki Urząd Wojewódzki w Łodzi and Atelier fotograficzne Pelcowie, focusing on customer service and graphic design. Dorota holds two master's degrees from the University of Lodz in cultural management and cultural/social anthropology.
