Suzanne Monreal

Suzanne joined Titan in 2020 and oversees residential accounts in the Chicagoland area. She began her career in security in 2006 and was promoted into multiple leadership roles. As a Vice President of Operations, she was responsible for managing security operations, policy creation, client relationships, fiscal planning and performance, and employee development at a wide range of properties which include: cultural, commercial, retail, residential, and healthcare properties.

Suzanne earned her bachelor’s degree from Northeastern Illinois University. She achieved the Certified Protection Professional (CPP) certification in 2018 and is currently a member of the ASIS International Women in Security Community, BOMA/Chicago Security Preparedness Committee, and Illinois Security Professional Association (ISPA). She received the Security Life Saving Award in 2019 and Chairman’s Award in 2022 from ISPA. Suzanne was also named the ASIS Women in Security Liaison for the Chicago Chapter in 2021.
