Charlie Eller

Charlie Eller has over 20 years of experience in the contracts field. Charlie started their career as a Contracts Manager at BTG Incorporated in 2000 and worked there until 2002. Charlie then joined Titan Incorporated as a Sr. Contracts Manager and stayed with the company until 2005, when they became the Director of Florida Contract Operations at L-3 National Security Solutions. Charlie held this position for over a decade until 2016, when they joined CACI NSS, Inc. as a Contracts Director. In 2018, they became the Vice President of Contracts at Titan Technologies.

Charlie Eller earned a Master's Degree in Management from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, which they attended from 1991 to 1993. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management at the University of Tampa between 1977 and 1980.
