Andrew Fearon is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions and asset management. Currently serving as Joint CEO and Head of M&A at Titan Wealth since November 2020, Andrew focuses on acquiring asset managers to enhance execution and administration within the sector. As a co-founder of both Independent Wealth Planners and Welbeck, Andrew has invested in over 20 public and private companies, specializing in convertible debt and equity financing. Previous roles include President and COO of Yoomedia, Commercial Director at Static 2358, and Corporate Lawyer at Berlin Leighton, alongside early legal positions at Walker Morris LLP and DLA Piper. Andrew's educational background includes studies at the University of Warwick and the University of Chester.
