Tom Purkis

Tom Purkis is a seasoned professional in the field of finance and investment, currently serving as a Partner at Maven Capital Partners since October 2015, where leadership of the London office and co-leadership of the Institutional Buyout Fund includes responsibilities in deal origination and MBO investments. In addition to this role, Tom holds multiple Non-Executive Director positions across several companies, including Envitia, Zing Dev, Acton Banks Healthcare Limited, and UAP Limited. Prior experience includes an Associate Director role in Mergers & Acquisitions at Grant Thornton UK LLP, where over 20 transactions were completed, along with managerial positions focused on transaction advisory services and business restructuring.
