Derek Higgins

Derek Higgins is an experienced technology professional currently serving as the Director of Technology Operations at TitanHQ since July 2022. Prior to this role, Derek worked as a Security Solutions Specialist at BT Ireland and held various positions at TitanHQ, including Sales Engineering Manager and Senior Presales Engineer, where responsibilities included managing key accounts and providing high-quality technical advice for product deployment and integration. Derek began a career in IT support with Brothers of Charity Services Ireland, gaining hands-on experience with various technologies. Educationally, Derek holds a 1:1 Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Computer Services Management from Galway-Mayo Institute of Technology, complemented by a Leaving Certificate from St. Colmans College Claremorris.
