Prior to this role, Steven worked as a Field Services Engineer at PFH Technology Group and REDSTONE TECHNOLOGIES LTD, providing extensive hardware and software support to various prominent clients. Earlier career experience includes a position as a Field Services Engineer at Compupac I.T Solutions Ltd., along with an initial work placement at Bank of Ireland. Steven earned a National Diploma in Computing from the Institute of Technology, Sligo, following a National Certificate in Computing in IT Support from the same institution.
