Nicola Whiting

Nicola Whiting MBE is an accomplished professional specializing in leadership and cyber security, currently serving as the Chief Judge for The National Cyber Awards since December 2020. As Co-owner and Chief Strategy Officer of Titania Ltd since June 2011, Nicola provides strategic leadership to enhance value for clients and stakeholders. Additional roles include Leadership Fellow at the Society of Leadership Fellows and Non-Executive Board Member at NeuroCyber, advocating for diversity and inclusion within the community. Previously, Nicola held positions as a Non-Executive Board Member at Worcestershire Local Enterprise Partnership and as an award-winning jewellery designer with Murano Silver. Educationally, Nicola holds a BA Hons in Theology and English from the University of Liverpool.
