Tori Miller

Tori Miller is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in people operations and total rewards. Currently serving as a Sr. People Operations Specialist at Tithe.ly since February 2023, Tori has held key HR roles at Spear Education, Genesys, and the Indiana State Personnel Department. Tori's background includes positions such as Total Rewards Partner and Human Resources Generalist at Spear Education, as well as Sr. HR Operations Specialist and HR Operations Specialist at Genesys. Tori began a career in human resources as a Recruitment Consultant at Indiana State Personnel Department and gained early experience as a Human Resources Intern and Supervisor at Purdue Rally Line. Tori holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services from Purdue University, earned in 2016.
