Polycarpus Kevin Dio Sinaga has had a varied work experience since 2014. Polycarpus Kevin began as a Grader at Universitas Gadjah Mada (UGM) in 2014 and then worked as a Laboratory Assistant at the same institution in 2015 and 2016. Polycarpus Kevin then completed an Internship at PT Gunung Madu Plantations in 2016. In 2017, they became a Branch Head and Management Development Program at PT. Indomobil Finance Indonesia. Polycarpus Kevin then worked as a Butadiene Engineer for CAP2 Project at PT Chandra Asri Petrochemical Tbk from 2018 to 2021. Most recently, they have been working as a Digital Marketing Specialist and Customer Relationship Management Specialist at Titipku since 2021.

Polycarpus Kevin Dio Sinaga completed their Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering at Universitas Gadjah Mada (UGM) from 2012 to 2016.
