Stephen Connor

Stephen Connor is a seasoned attorney with extensive experience in commercial underwriting and real estate law. Currently serving as a Commercial Underwriting Attorney at Title First Agency since July 2022, Connor has previously held roles such as Underwriter - Attorney at PM Title, LLC and Assistant General Counsel - Real Estate at NiSource, where responsibilities included overseeing real estate, pipeline, and ROW matters for utility regulated businesses. Additionally, Connor's career includes positions as General Counsel at The Evogi Group, President of New Ventures XCV, LLC, and various senior roles in title insurance, including Sr. Vice President at LandAmerica Financial Group and Vice President at both Stewart Title and First American Title. Connor began a legal career as General Counsel at Guardian Title & Guaranty Agency, Inc. and served as Real Estate Counsel at Firestone.
