Theresa Olason

Theresa Olason currently serves as Market Manager and previously held the role of Closing Advisor at Title Forward since February 2020. Prior to this, Theresa owned Sign Up Sign Company from June 2019 to June 2021 and worked as an Escrow Assistant at The Escrow Source from January 2016 to February 2020. In that capacity, responsibilities included assisting with the closing process, title review, and customer service. Theresa's career in the escrow industry began at Professional Escrow Services, where a rapid advancement from Receptionist to Escrow Closer took place. Earlier work experience includes positions as a Child Care Assistant, Switchboard Operator, and roles in the restaurant and retail sectors. Theresa holds an Associate of Arts degree from North Seattle College and has education experience at Saint Michael's College.
