Frank McGovern

Frank McGovern is currently the VP and Northeast Regional Counsel at Title Resources Guaranty Company, a position held since January 2012. Prior to this, Frank served as VP and Underwriting Counsel at Fidelity National Title from March 2006 to November 2008.
