Bruce Virga

Bruce Virga has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Bruce started their career in 1994 as the Vice President of Business Development and Strategic Partnerships at Design Science, where they played a pivotal role in growing the startup into a successful international software company. During their tenure, they negotiated and closed numerous OEM deals with prominent companies like Microsoft, Apple, and Samsung. In 2017, Bruce became the Chief Executive Officer of WIRIS, a position they held until 2019. Following that, they founded Title3Funds in 2019 and currently serves as CEO & Co-Founder. Additionally, Bruce was the owner of A Movable Feast Catering, LLC since 2001. Overall, Bruce Virga has a strong background in business development, strategic partnerships, and executive leadership.

Bruce Virga holds a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing and Advertising from The State University of New York. In 2016, they obtained the Equity Crowdfunding License from the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission and became a FINRA Member. Additionally, in September 2015, they obtained the CrossFit Masters Athlete certification from CrossFit.
