Joanna Koprucki

Joanna Koprucki is the Owner of Wick & Wax Apothecary since January 2024, specializing in hand-poured, eco-luxury candles made from coconut wax and wood wicks. Concurrently, Joanna serves as the Chief People Officer at TitleSmart, Inc. since March 2016, where notable achievements include being recognized as the 2020 MVP. Joanna's prior roles at TitleSmart include Human Resources Manager, Training and Development Manager, and Assistant Closer, where Joanna earned the 2019 Outstanding Growth & Development award and the 2016 Rookie of the Year title. Joanna holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources Management and Psychology from Minnesota State University, Mankato, obtained from 2010 to 2014.
