Courtney Ronan

Courtney Ronan has a background in business development and sales in the real estate industry. Courtney is currently the Senior Vice President of Business Development at TitleVest, where they excel at identifying gaps in the business and assisting with ongoing development. Prior to this, they were the SVP Business Development at ProNational Title Agency, LLC. Courtney also has experience as a Business Development professional at Skyline TRG Title Agency, the NY metro arm of TRG. Earlier in their career, they worked at Compass Inc. as an Onboarding Associate and Listings Associate, where they managed the onboarding process for salespeople and facilitated their operational and business needs. Courtney also led training for salespeople on new product releases. Before their work at Compass, they were a Neighborhood Specialist at Urban Compass, where they engaged rental clients and managed client, landlord, and broker relations. Courtney began their career at Goldman Sachs in various roles, including Associate and Fixed Income Client Middle Office Analyst, where they built client relationships and supported trade execution.

Courtney Ronan attended Lehigh University from 2005 to 2009, where they earned a degree in Psychology with a focus on Business. In 2008, they also studied European Politics at Saint Louis University - Madrid for a brief period. In 2013, Courtney obtained a New York Real Estate Salespersons License from the New York State Department of State.
