Corey Hulbert

Corey Hulbert serves as the V.P. - SEMA Region Title Director at TitleWave Real Estate Solutions since March 2020, demonstrating extensive expertise in the title and appraisal sectors. Additionally, Corey held senior leadership positions in appraisal operations at LSI-LPS, Land America, and Lender's First Choice, as well as serving as EVP of Title and Escrow Operations at Nations Lending Services. Corey holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication with a focus on Business/Corporate Communications from the University of Pittsburgh, completed between 1991 and 1994.
