Aaron Chaltry

Aaron Chaltry's work experience includes being a member of the Association of Talent Acquisition Professionals starting in 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Talent Acquisition at Titus Talent Strategies, where they led client engagements and managed a team of Talent Acquisition Consultants. Aaron also held the role of Manager of Talent Acquisition, where they trained and evaluated a team of Consultants and achieved revenue goals. Before that, Aaron worked as a Senior Consultant, consistently exceeding expectations and leading partnership engagements. Aaron began their career at Titus Talent Strategies as a Consultant, responsible for full-cycle recruitment efforts and successfully filling a high percentage of assigned searches.

Aaron Chaltry received their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Exercise Science and Health Promotion from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh, where they studied from 2001 to 2006. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained the Diversity Recruiter Certified from Titus Talent Strategies in January 2023, the Progress Coaching Training for the Manager from Progress Coaching Academy in January 2018, and the Lou Adler PbH Certification from The Adler Group in September 2017.
