Jonathan also contributes as an Entrepreneurial Toolkit Member with The Firefly Group LLC and serves as a speaker for both SHRM and Vistage Worldwide, Inc. Jonathan holds a position as a Certified Implementation Partner with The Predictive Index and is an active member of the SHRM Executive Network and the Christian Economic Forum. Prior to these roles, Jonathan held various management positions at prominent companies, including Randstad USA and Sales Direct LLC. Jonathan's educational background includes degrees from Carthage College and Burleigh College in the United Kingdom.
