Josiah Cui

Josiah Cui is an experienced operations analytics manager currently at Titus Talent Strategies since November 2021, where significant contributions include leading the implementation of a PSA system for over 175 end-users and the Monday platform. Prior roles include Operations Analyst, where audits of a database containing over 1,500 clients and 5,000 projects were initiated, along with automating sales and revenue reporting. Previously, Josiah served as Finance Administrator and Worship Director at Living Light Christian Church, migrating the organization to a business accounting system while systematizing accounts payable, receivable, and payroll processes. Earlier experience also includes leadership as an intern at Living Light School of Worship and roles in online marketing coordination at Victory Lane Ford. Josiah holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Ferris State University and an Associate of Science in Design and Visual Communications from Northwestern Michigan College, in addition to a certificate in Worship Arts from Living Light School of Worship.
