Neil Bhatia has extensive experience in recruitment and client relations, currently serving as a Senior Manager and previously as a Senior Consultant and Consultant at Titus Talent Strategies since October 2020. This company specializes in professional search, placement services, and recruitment process consulting. Prior to joining Titus, Neil worked at Paycom from 2018 to October 2020 as a Client Relations Representative, enhancing client retention through dedicated support. Neil's career also includes a role as Account Manager at Aerotek from 2014 to 2018, focusing on full-lifecycle sales and recruiting within the manufacturing sector, and serving as Diversity & Inclusion Chair for the Racine, WI office. Neil holds a degree in Interdisciplinary Studies with a focus on Marketing, Communication, and Sociology from UW-Parkside and has additional education from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse.
