Michael K Handley

Michael K Handley is an experienced leader in the biopharmaceutical industry, currently serving as President of Tivic Biopharma and COO of Tivic Health since February 2025. Prior to this role, Michael held multiple executive positions, including President, CEO, and Chairman of Statera BioPharma, Inc. from May 2020 to February 2025, where efforts focused on addressing immune dysfunction and cancer. Earlier roles included CEO of Immune Therapeutics and Aletheia Therapeutics, where innovative immunotherapies and oncology treatments were developed. Educationally, Michael holds a degree from Colorado State University and has completed the Global C-Suite Program at Wharton Executive Education.
