Erika Dias

Erika Dias currently serves as SAP Partner Development Manager at TIVIT, having joined in November 2023. Previously, Erika held the position of Head of Customer Solutions at Nuria from December 2020 to September 2023, focusing on building a customer-centric team and enhancing post-sale experiences. Erika’s experience also includes leadership roles in customer success operations at linte_, key account management in the tax solutions sector at Sovos Taxweb, and strategic account management at Thomson Reuters, where strategic relationships and revenue expansion were prioritized. Earlier roles involved business development in event communication, marketing coordination, and commercial operations analysis. Erika is currently pursuing an MBA in Digital Business at USP and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Universidade Anhembi Morumbi.
