Acacia Diaz has a wealth of experience in marketing, product marketing, and artist relations. Acacia began their career in 2007 as an Industry Relations & Ticketing employee at House of Blues. In 2008, they moved to Dangerbird Records as a Marketing & Artist Management Coordinator, where they were responsible for tour marketing, ticketing, and producing events. In 2010, they joined Apple Inc. as an iTunes Music Relations contractor, focusing on artist engagement and exclusive content for Ping. From 2011 to 2017, they worked at Ticketfly, first as a Sales & Marketing Coordinator and later as a Product Marketing Manager. In 2018, they took a sabbatical and worked as a Marketing Consultant at Eventbrite. In 2019, they became the Head of Marketing Communications at sonnen, Inc. In 2020, they joined Flymachine as the Director of Marketing, where they developed and executed a go-to-market strategy, defined the Flymachine brand, and established the foundation to grow the marketing function. Finally, in 2022, they became the VP of Marketing at Tixr.

Acacia Diaz completed their Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communications from the University of California, Los Angeles in 2008. Acacia then pursued a Master of Business Administration from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business, which they completed in 2022. Currently, they are enrolled in a Master of Science in Marketing at Indiana University - Kelley School of Business, which they are expected to complete in 2023.
