Saphinia Apergis has been working in the ticketing industry since 2016. Saphinia started their career as a Festival Support Intern at Elevate Tickets, before becoming a Customer Service Manager in the same company. In 2019, they joined AEG as an Account Manager and is currently working as a Strategic Account Manager at Tixr since 2022.

Saphinia Apergis graduated from Arizona State University in 2019 with a degree in Interdisciplinary Studies in Tourism Development & Management and Communication. Prior to that, they attended Imperial College London from 2014 to 2014, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts in Tourism Development & Management.
