Loyce Chibuzor Onwubuya has been working in the professional field since 2011. Loyce Chibuzor began their career as an Administrative Assistant at Standard Alliance Insurance Plc. Loyce Chibuzor then moved to MTN Nigeria in 2015, where they worked as a Customer Service Representative, handling customer complaints and queries, as well as enlightening customers on new products and services. Since 2018, they have been with TIZETI, working as both a Business Development Account Lead and Customer Support Personnel.

Loyce Chibuzor Onwubuya obtained a Masters of Arts (M.A.) in Peace Studies and Conflict Resolution from the University of Ilorin in 2013. Prior to this, they completed a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Comparative Religious Studies from the same institution between 2007 and 2011.
