Malik Dyab

Malik Dyab is a seasoned Service Delivery Manager and IT Projects Manager at TjDeeD Technology since October 2014, where responsibilities include defining delivery plans to address customer pain points, executing services to meet customer objectives, and managing ITSM Solutions, Systems Management Solutions, and Software Development projects from initiation to closure. Prior to this role, Malik served as an ITSM Consultant and Software Technical Engineer at Fourth Dimension Systems from March 2009 to October 2014, focusing on consulting and implementing ITSM projects based on ISO 20000 standards and designing ITIL-aligned service desk processes. Malik holds a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology/Computer Science from Jami'at Al-Yarmouk and completed high school at AL-Khaleel Bin Ahmad in Sharja, UAE.
