Juliana Nogueira

Juliana Nogueira is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in IT project management and agile methodologies. Currently serving as the Head of the IT Project Management Office at TJDFT since September 2008, Juliana is instrumental in leading the agility transformation within the Federal District Justice's Court, overseeing IT project portfolio management, risk management, and innovation through agile practices such as Scrum, Lean Inception, Design Thinking, and Kanban. Previously, Juliana held positions including Guest Researcher at AI.lab UnB, where contributions to transforming AI research delivery processes were made, and Senior Project Development Manager at DBA and CNPq, leading IT teams and managing various projects. An educational background includes a Master's degree in Information Technology/Electrical Engineering from Universidade de Brasília, a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de Goiás, and a specialization in Project Management from FIAVEC.
