In Dallas, Mark managed a team of historic preservation planners and a substantial departmental budget, overseeing various preservation initiatives. Mark's earlier roles include Senior Historic Preservation Planner and Architectural Intern, with a strong focus on historic tax exemption programs and community grants. An alumnus of Texas Tech University with a Bachelor of Architecture degree, Mark combines architectural expertise with a robust track record in preservation-related administration.
