Marjolein Biezen is an experienced quality assurance and compliance professional with a strong background in the pharmaceutical industry. Currently serving as QA & Compliance Manager at Tjoapack since June 2022, Marjolein oversees supplier qualification management, execution, technical agreements, inspection, customer audits, and continuous improvement efforts. Previously, Marjolein held the role of senior RA/QA Officer and GDP Responsible Person at Belgica De Weerd B.V., where responsibilities included developing and coordinating the quality policy in accordance with EU GMP standards. Prior to that, Marjolein worked at Centrafarm as QA Compliance Officer, managing change controls, deviations, and audits, and also contributed as a chemical analyst performing stability studies on medicines. Earlier experience includes a position as a chemical analyst at Philip Morris Holland, focusing on the analysis of raw materials and products. Marjolein holds a degree as a Farmaceutisch vakman from Stichting Edufarma Nieuwegein and a degree in Chemisch Analist from Baronie College Breda.
