Lill Yngvesson

Lill Yngvesson is an experienced professional with a strong background in production management and process safety. Currently serving as Avdelningschef Avfall at Tjörns Kommun since January 2022, Lill oversees the waste department, managing a team of five officials and four ÅVC workers. Prior to this role, Lill worked at Nouryon as Production Manager for SilicaSol & Separation Products from February 2019 to January 2022, where responsibilities included managing production across two factories and supervising a team of engineers and operators. Additional experience includes roles at AkzoNobel Pulp and Performance Chemicals, such as Process Safety Coordinator and Acting Head of the Quality and Environmental Laboratory, as well as earlier positions as a Shift Leader and Process Operator. Lill holds a Högskoleingenjör degree in Kemiteknik from Chalmers University of Technology and has completed studies at the University of Gothenburg.
