Ardell Garcia, CISM, ITIL, currently serves as a Senior IT Risk & Compliance Analyst at The TJX Companies, Inc., where responsibilities include identifying and assessing IT and Cybersecurity risks while collaborating with senior management to drive informed decision-making. Previously held the position of Vice President - Information Security/Information Technology Risk Analyst at BNY Mellon, where Ardell focused on establishing standardized processes for risk identification and treatment. Additional experience includes roles as Senior Information Security Risk Analyst at Signature Bank, Information Security Analyst at JPMorgan Chase & Co., and various positions in information security and systems engineering across prestigious financial institutions such as Finastra, Neuberger Berman, Lehman Brothers, Morgan Stanley, and JPMorgan. Ardell holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Mapúa University.
