Ashley Smith is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in recruiting and staffing. Currently serving as a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner at Dräger since March 2022, Ashley previously held the position of Technical Recruiter at Digital Guardian by Helpsystems from April 2021 to March 2022, and served as a Senior Specialist in Talent Acquisition at Santander Bank, N.A. from September 2018 to April 2021, focusing on recruitment for retail and financial positions in the Northeastern New England region.
