Eric Sents

Eric Sents is an experienced professional in educational leadership and operations management. Currently serving as the Assistant Vice President Director/General Manager at The TJX Companies, Inc. since July 2014, Eric manages business performance and drives profitable sales while ensuring compliance with key performance indicators. Prior to this role, Eric held various positions within TJX, including Assistant General Manager and Area Operations Manager. Former experience includes serving as an Assistant Principal and Operations Supervisor at Harrisonburg City Schools, where responsibilities included overseeing academic programs and faculty supervision. Eric began a career in education as a math teacher at Rockingham County Public Schools. Eric holds a Master of Science in Education Administration from Shenandoah University, a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from Eastern Mennonite University, and an Associate of Science in Mathematics from Hesston College.
