Guy Reda

Guy Reda has extensive experience in retail management, currently serving as Regional Vice President for New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania, as well as the Midwest, at The TJX Companies, Inc. since April 2014. Previously, as Vice President and Format General Manager at Sears Hometown and Outlet Stores, Reda led five distinct store formats and was responsible for all aspects of field operations, merchandising, and marketing. Reda's experience with Sears Holdings Corporation includes serving as Division Vice President for multiple formats and overseeing significant revenue responsibilities. Early career roles at Sears included various management positions where Reda consistently improved performance and customer experience across multiple locations.
