Jason Hiltabidel

Jason Hiltabidel, MSIT, is an experienced Learning and Development professional with a robust background in training and instructional design. Currently serving as the Multi Unit Learning & Development Manager at The TJX Companies, Inc., since February 2017, Jason implements learning strategies across the Distribution network while addressing Talent Management needs. Prior roles include Training Manager at First Quality, where responsibilities encompassed developing training strategies and ensuring high-quality instructional delivery, and Performance Technology Manager at Network Solutions, focusing on training department leadership and technology initiatives. Earlier experience as a Lead Teacher at Academy Child Development Center involved curriculum development and lesson planning. Jason holds a Master of Science in Instructional Technology and a Bachelor of Education from Commonwealth University-Bloomsburg.
