Joani McGowen

Joani McGowen is an experienced logistics and compliance professional currently serving as the International Logistics and Compliance Manager at The TJX Companies, Inc. since July 2016. In this role, Joani collaborates with global logistics and compliance partners to ensure adherence to product and supply chain regulations while educating Buyers and Vendors on effective global network strategies. Prior to this, Joani worked at Zumiez from September 2006 to July 2016, holding positions including Merchandise Operations and Compliance Manager, Merchandise Operations Manager, and Vendor Compliance Manager, where Joani developed and managed the company's Global Vendor Compliance initiatives. Joani holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Management and Operations from Central Washington University.
