Kim Miller

Kim Miller is an accomplished data governance and analytics leader with over 12 years of experience at The TJX Companies, Inc., serving as the AVP, Head of Enterprise Data Governance and Business Enablement. Kim has been instrumental in establishing TJX’s Self-Service Analytics Program, growing the Power BI user base from zero to approximately 25,000 in three years, and leading a Global Training Program for data and analytics skills. Prior roles include Senior Principal Consultant at Collaborative Consulting, where Kim earned the "Impact Player" award and managed diverse projects across various industries. Kim holds a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics and Psychology from Brown University and a Master of Science in Computer Science from Tufts University.
