Melissa Ngai

Melissa Ngai is a skilled copywriter currently serving as the Lead Copywriter for the TJX Rewards team at The TJX Companies, Inc., where innovative multi-channel work is created for millions of Cardmembers. Previously, Melissa held roles as a Junior Copywriter for both TJX Rewards and TJ Maxx. Prior experience includes working as a Coordinator Intern at 134 Consulting, Associate Creative Director of Copy at Boston University AdLab, and various positions at Boston University, including VP of Social for the AdClub and Orientation Student Facilitator. Melissa co-founded and co-hosts a radio show and podcast, demonstrating strong communication skills, and has hands-on experience in educational activities as a tutor. A graduate of Boston University with a Bachelor of Science in Advertising, Melissa combines creativity with strategic insight in all endeavors.
